Surrey Rockhound Club Auction Date of Event: May 28, 2025Wednesday, May 28 Location: In the basement of the Sullivan Community Hall 6306 - 152nd Street, Surrey How the auction works: Doors open at 6 pm, and the auction starts at 7 pm. Find yourself a seat in the room. Helpers will bring the rocks around to show. Raise your hand high when you want to bid. When you win a bid, go to the pay station. Your item will be there. Pay and take it back to your seat. Please go around the back of the room when you move to and from the pay station. Remember to bring cash and a box or bag for your winnings. There will be a snack table with food, tea, and coffee set up at 7 pm, and youll have a bit of time to look over the items available to bid on. Join the Rockhounds for a fun auction evening.
